AXXIS™ Lubricants was founded in Poland in 1999 by graduates of Linegal Chemicals Sp. z o. o. Warsaw.

The company started its activity with the production of car care products. Poland's accession to the European Union contributed to the development of the company, which later became a competitive producer of oils and car care products in Eastern Europe.

In 2013, AXXIS™ Lubricants was transferred to the management of the British investment group “D. B. Development Services Limited“ UK, which allowed to open production facilities in Slovenia and Ukraine. This helped strengthen AXXIS™ market position.
